Online Application for Experiential Education Programs
Work on an Existing Application
Use the links in the top right corner to choose ‘Login/Register’ or ‘Non-Duke Login/Register’ based upon your affiliation with Duke University.
Start a New Application - Duke Students
Use Program Search > to find the program and navigate to its brochure page.
At the top of the program's brochure page, click the ‘Apply Now’ button. Each program has a unique application, so you will need to apply to each program of interest separately.
If you are petitioning a GEO program, use Program Search > and enter "Petition" in the Program Name field.
All Duke students applying for study abroad should submit an application through this site, regardless of whether they intend to study with a Duke-Administered program or a Non-Duke program. This will inform Duke of your study abroad intentions and allow the Global Education Office for Undergraduates to assist you with your plans. Students will still need to apply directly to individual Non-Duke programs per the instructions of each program.
Start a New Application - Non-Duke Students
Use Program Search > to find the program and navigate to its brochure page.
At the top of the program's brochure page, click the ‘Apply Now’ button. Each program has a unique application, so you will need to apply to each program of interest separately.
Click ’Create New' to request login credentials. You will get an alert box letting you know that our website has emailed your username and password.
You will continue to use the "Non-Duke Login" and your original username and password even after you enroll and receive a Duke NetID.
Submit a Recommendation
Use the links in the top right corner to choose ‘Login/Register’ or ‘Non-Duke Login/Register’ based upon your affiliation with Duke University. A list of students who have requested a recommendation should appear upon successful login.
Save and Come Back
If you are not ready to begin an application yet, you can create a user profile in the system that allows you to search, save and share programs of interest. Use the links in the top right corner of this page to choose ‘Login/Register’ or ‘Non-Duke Login/Register’ based upon your affiliation with Duke University. Once logged in, click the ‘New User Registration’ button.
